Take note of all your joints, over 100 joints in your hands and feet alone. And where there are joints, there are muscles crossing those joints. We have hundreds and hundreds of muscles in the body and this body is designed to move. And unfortunately, a lot of us don't move often enough, and this leads to poorer health. 

Do it more, do it more often, and don't make it a big thing.

We are a very kinetic species and movement actually drives health.
